“Craft Art: Looking Back, Looking Forward.” Celebrate the publication of the Memorial Art Gallery’s new book Breaking Ground: A Century of Craft Art in Western New York, edited by Barbara Lovenheim, Suzanne Ramljak and Paul J. Smith. The panelists are Smith, director emeritus of the American Craft Museum; and artists Robin Cass, Wendell Castle, Wayne Higby, Linda Sikora and Leonard Urso; Ramljak, editor of Metalsmith magazine, is the moderator. Followed by a book signing.
